Began providing free regular football training to around 40 underprivileged boys from the Dhananpuram slum area of Bangalore, creating an early foundation for community football.

Expanded the community initiative through free summer football camps, giving children from disadvantaged backgrounds access to coaching and sporting opportunities.

Around 2015–2017/18, developed and operated a Super Division Women's Football Club, supporting players with accommodation, nutrition, travel, medical care, equipment and match-related needs.

Developed a residential player programme for young footballers from regions including Manipur, Assam, Odisha, Purulia, Bankura, Mumbai and Bangalore.

Through competitive football development, the team progressed from C Division to B Division, became B Division unbeaten champions and reached A Division.

Players received international opportunities in Albania and Georgia, while an Under-11 team represented the programme at the Gothia Cup in Sweden in 2018. Scholarship opportunities also opened new pathways for young players.
